I have tried to post my issue twice. Your company should be ashamed. Worst customer service ever. If you select issue as a tag all the information you typed to post will be removed. So essentially you can cheat people, provide terrible service and then prevent people from even posting about it. I'm disabled and on a tight budget. It is not fair you can just change my plan without my permission and charge me more and then offer no assistance.
