Thanks for reaching out to us we do apologize for any inconvenience you're having with your Xfinity now prepaid mobile services. Have you tried reaching out to the Xfinity now mobile support team via 1-800-934-6489

Yes, I did. My case has already been escalated; however, I have not yet been able to connect with someone familiar with NOW Mobile or who can assist in resolving the issue. I am currently waiting for a callback. Unfortunately, there does not appear to be a direct support number for NOW Mobile, and the Xfinity representatives I have spoken with have not had the necessary expertise to address the matter.

Thanks for clarifying. My tools will be limited with the NOW prepaid service, but I can open up a ticket with our NOW support team to get this resolved for you.

Since we will need to access your detailed account information,  please send me a direct message including your first and last name and complete service address

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.

2. Click the “Direct Messaging” icon.

3. Click the “Start new conversation” (pencil and paper) icon.

4. In the “To:" line, type “Xfinity Support”.

5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select “Xfinity Support” from that list.

6. An “Xfinity Support” graphic will replace the “To:" line.

7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.

8. Press “Enter” to send it.

The concern is not "accessibility / disability" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section.
