NOW internet

I've just purchased NOW internet and haven't received tracking information for the modem or any option to pick it up in store. Do local Xfinity stores carry the NOW internet modem? What is the customer service contact for NOW? Thanks.

I've already asked and customer service won't give me a clear answer. Xfinity does not have a direct contact to NOW.
