NOW internet

I have called several times to have this taken off my debit card.. I keep getting charged for a service I don’t have, I haven’t had xfinity in yrs. My son Chad took my debit card & used it. I DO NOT WANT THIS SERVICE! I’m tired of calling .. I can’t get to a real person.. this is very frustrating to have money taken from my account each month. It needs to stop ASAP.

You'll have to reach out directly to NOW Support: https://www.xfinity.com/support/now for assistance in removing your debit card. They should be able to address the billing for you.
