NOW Internet

How do I receive support from a live person for NOW internet services and account?  Chat is no help, I went to a store and they couldn't help me and I've called and am always told there is no "dedicated" support for NOW internet service.

We're great to work with because we'll always do our best to provide all the information you need :) You may refer to our NOW Internet FAQs for access to the NOW Portal and our Xfinity Assistant chat feature. Those are the dedicated locations for NOW service support, so please let us know if this helps. We have limited access to NOW accounts, but are happy to answer any questions you may have to the best of our ability.

Thank you for responding.  When I log into the NOW Portal, I am told I do not have NOW services, yet I receive emails about the account, so that doesn't work.  Xfinity Assistant has been no help, because as you said, there is limited access to NOW accounts and even live chat agents are unable to resolve my issue.  My problem is I cannot log into my account online and no one seems able to resolve this or help me update my payment method.  I will be closing this account at the end of the next billing cycle since there is no actual live support for it.  It is just not worth the aggravation.
