Was waiting on a call over 24 hours ago to resolve the problem of Xfinity charging me and extra $ 41.00 on May 22nd

Hello @user_qgbdux, I hope your Monday has been treating you well. Thanks for being a part of Xfinity. For more context, did you have a postpaid internet service before going to NOW internet? Did you have autopay turned on? If yes, with Xfinity you are billed a month ahead, if you disconnected your service after the bill printed/mailed out and autopay is on it will still process. If the account has been disconnected on the following bill should receive a prorated adjusted amount based on your actual service dates.
