NOW internet

How can I talk to a human?  Please don't tell me to use the assistant.  I've spent hours using it only to be told that I'm a NOW customer so, it can't help.  I need help!!  I work from home and have no wifi to work.

user_rg4qcs Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. We are only able to offer very limited support for NOW services, you should be able to use the assistant but if you are running into errors I'm happy to do my best to assist you. Can you share with me what troubleshooting steps you've already tried, such as unplugging the modem for 60 seconds and then plugging it back in and checking that the coax is secure at both modem and wall plate? Also, what lights are lit up on the modem?
