NOW Internet Cancel Error: Something unexpected happened

I keep trying to cancel before activation and get a $30 refund but the confirm button keeps giving me the same 'Something unexpected happened. Please try again' error code no matter what browser, device, or incognito tab is used. PLEASE cancel this plan for me and confirm the refund! Thank you

Good morning user_t0zdyn. To cancel your Xfinity NOW Internet service, you can complete the process online through the Xfinity Assistant. Because NOW Internet is a prepaid service, Xfinity does not offer refunds for unused days if you cancel immediately.
