NOW CLOUD DVR NOT WORKING
We had a recent tornado and outage for 1 week. Now my NOW CLOUD dvr not working. Tried restarting gateway, several times. Im still paying for a service im not getting. The AI ASSISTANT for xfininity is the worst I have encountered. Can't get a real person or any help, very frustrated.

I created a post about this as well. I went to my local xfinity store and filed a complaint against xfinitys 3rd party tech support with the manager and requested a in house representative to take a look. After a lot of research I am seeing others with the same exact issue. Don’t waste your time with xfinity tech support. You’ll talk yourself in circles. This seems to be a bigger issue, lots of posts I am seeing about it.

Their AI assistant is the worst I've encountered. I can't even get a real person, not that it would help. So frustrating to not get a service paid for. Maybe a class action lawsuit could get it resolved.
