Well let's see if a reply works now that posting worked...

Here's what else doesn't work currently:

- Website keeps logging me out

- Website keeps displaying a message about Cookie Preferences on the page as pages try to load

- Pages keep redirecting to themselves

- Pages fail to load

- Mailing address was rolled back 5 years!!

- New portal is a nightmare to try to navigate even if pages are actually working

- Can not manage payment methods:

- No support email address???  Unacceptable.  There is no way to actually contact support because there is no email, no contact in the account portal, the chat is useless, and no one answers the phones.

This is an abject disaster.  Prices keep going up, service keeps going down.  There are constant service interruptions but you can't contact anyone about anything.  Seems like it's time for lawyers and regulators to step in to make xfinity behave.  Absolutely criminal.
