Not yet received a shipping confirmation

I ordered the internet essentials package and was told I would get a modem with it. The customer service person I was on the phone with said I would receive a shipping confirmation within 24-48hrs but I have yet to get any updates on if it shipped or not. On my plan portal it says that I have a XB3_Gateway and then it says owned across from it. I'm confused as to whether this means they think I have my own modem because I was told internet essentials comes with a device. Any help would be appreciated!
