Not worth getting Xfinity

Our internet has been out for almost exactly two weeks, and just now we're getting a second technician to look at it because the people on the phone aren't able to do their job. Because instead of helping us, they are just trying to promote all the "amazing" benefits and packages of Xfinity while having a fake smile through the phone and a fake cheery voice. But the technicians aren't even better (except the nice young Polish man, who helped when we first moved into this house); besides running late, the last service tech most likely bent the little middle piece inside the coaxial cable. Ferdermore, he did have the courtesy to stay until the internet went out again a little 5 minutes after he left. At this point if they don’t fix it, there's genuinely no point for our household to be paying the highest rates of internet with Xfinity if we can't even have it for consistently more than an hour straight. Especially if we have a problem something like this with athletes once a year.

Sincerely go pound sand, Xfinity
