Not sure whether student discount was applied
I recently ordered an Internet plan since I will be moving into my new apartment soon. I went through the student deals site, so according to the website, I thought I would be billed $25/month. However, my order confirmation email states that my plan costs $35/month. I want to make sure the student discount can be applied. Yesterday, my student status was also verified since I received an email about it.

To send a "Direct Message" message:

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
