Please if it would be possible to get this through to the correct channels.
I am moving soon, and this entire transaction over the phone was so smooth. I really appreciated both supporters who assisted me on this past day. An Iminoz in the Philippines who assisted me in scheduling an internet closing, and an Omar Nagy in (Egypt) for my mobile services support. They did a wonderful job, were incredibly professional, amiable, great communications and efforts. I truly felt like a valued customer. Thank you so much!

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
