Not receiving verification code emails

This has been happening for a couple years. I don't get the emails from various sites - some I do, some I don't. Some I don't are very important such as the bank, the state retirement system, and my sports team season ticket organization. I called the 888 number I read on other forum messages. They told me it isn't a problem with Xfinity email. Looking at all the messages I've seen in the forum, I highly doubt that.

Anyway, has anyone found a solution? Thanks.

@dc714 I can see why this would be concerning, especially when the messages you're not receiving are from important organizations such as your bank, retirement system, and ticket provider. While email delivery issues can have multiple causes, if specific senders' verification emails are not reaching your inbox, spam, or junk folders, we'd be happy to take a closer look. In some cases, factors such as email filtering, sender authentication, or mailbox settings can affect delivery even when other emails arrive normally. How are you checking your email? Are you noticing specific senders that you aren't receiving?

I'm checking my email on the xfinity log in page. I don't see a pattern for sites I don't get codes from. The messages don't even show up in the spam folder. If you have any ideas as to settings, filters, or whatever that can help me solve this I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

I suggest giving these steps a shot. If they do not work, we will have to reach out to the engineers for a deeper dive. To set up an email filter in Xfinity Email, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to Xfinity Email.
  2. Click the **Gear** icon and select **Email Settings**.
  3. Go to **Filter Rules** and click **Add new rule**.
  4. Enter a name for the filter.
  5. Click **Add condition** to specify criteria for filtering.
  6. Choose the action for the filtered emails by clicking **Add action**.
  7. Ensure the conditions and actions are logically consistent.
  8. Click **Save** to finalize the filter.

You can also edit or delete filters as needed.
