Not receiving text message with code for 2 step verification
I no longer receive text message with verification code, was before, 2 step does work with others (e.g. my bank). I have a samsung galaxy ag35 phone. If I use secondary verification (email) it does work. I have tried restarting phone, restarting pc, turn off and on 2 step with no success. Xfinity claims it send code but I don't receive it, have tried resend and that doesn't work. Help!

Issue resolved, I did a factory reset of settings, restarted phone and now receiving xfinity text messages. I still don't understand why I was getting text messages with verification codes from multiple sources but not from Xfinity? What is the difference?
