Not receiving Peacock premium

We have xfinity internet and with it came Peacock premium.  We have had it for the past year and it expires next Aug. 2025. Recently we tried to access peacock and it says we need to sign up and pay for it. I contacted an agent and we did get into peacock but many of the shows are locked out. This has been going on for over a week. We had access to to all the show before this happened with the peacock premium. It is acting as though we have a trial or lower plan.  It is still asking for us to pick a plan. This has to be a problem with communication between Xfinity and Peacock. I have tried every email and password.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon

2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
