Not receiving password reset emails from any external accounts

Hello, I have recently stopped receiving any password reset emails from external accounts such as Hulu, Skillshare and others. I have not changed any settings and have even added email addresses to my contacts to see if that would resolve the issue. I have also logged in directly to Xfinity through a web browser to see if it was an issue with my 3rd party app and still nothing. I’ve seen other people are having the same issue. Please help resolve this as it makes it impossible to gain access to my accounts with other apps/companies.

You came to the right place for assistance! Have you tried looking in the spam/junk/promotional folders? Have you tried a different browser?-Richard

Yes. Nothing in junk or spam and I have tried 3 different browsers

Thank you for the details. Do you get other emails from these senders, like account alerts, general reminders, or updates? Is this only with the password reset/recovery efforts, or do you notice other non-password-related emails not coming in as well?
