Not receiving emails

I am not receiving some of my emails. MetLife told me it was a Comcast error that I have not been receiving their emails. How do I rectify this situation?

Thank you for reaching out to our team here about your email issue. Have you checked your email settings to make sure that your filter settings are correct, and those emails are not going to a spam file?

Did not see the emails in junk folder. What are the correct filters? I am getting my other emails. Only these certain emails I am not receiving. And their IT department told me in was a Comcast issue and has happened to other clients with Comcast emails.

You can check on the spam filters you have set up in the advanced settings portion of the settings on the Email page. If there is an issue with a specific provider you can also check with our security team at the https://spa.xfinity.com/help site to see if that is a known issue. Any other troubleshooting steps we can take would require that you send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service. To send a direct message. 

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
