Not receiving emails in Comcast.net account

Hello all of a sudden I am getting 2 or 2 emails into this account. I usually receive dozens each day.
I have checked my spam there are none there.

i also have sent emails from my gmail account and they never show up.

Can you assist me?

user_d1uyal Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I can definitely understand how frustrating it would be to not be receiving emails. Our team is happy to help, please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address to get started.

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

Comcast Security Assurance should be able to help. You can reach them at 1-888-565-4329 (from https://spa.xfinity.com/contact-us). Note that this is NOT one of the general customer service numbers.

The first-line reps there are sometimes not very helpful, so you may need to be persistent and keep at them until you get a satisfactory answer.

CSA should check:

  • Email Safe List is not active
  • Auto Forward is not set
  • Mail Filter Rules are not set to forward, redirect, reject, or delete incoming messages
Please be aware that there are 2 kinds of responses in this Forum: Replies and Comments. When you Comment on a post by scrolling down to "Comment on this post here...", I am notified of your response. But if you select Reply, I am NOT notified and may not be aware of your response.
