not receiving any email from Roblox to supply 2 step verification code

I am not receiving any verification code to my email from Roblox. The email in the Roblox account is correct.

user_86seee Thanks for posting on our community forums. Is it our Xfinity email where you're trying to get the code? Or is it a third-party email?

xfinity email. it was a step 2 verification from roblox but i have my comcast email as the main email to receive the codes when choosing email as the option. I don't have it listed on my authentication app.
