Not notified of scheduled maintenance and now I can’t work or speak to an agent?!!!!!
Xfinity schedule maintenance during my work hours. I work beginning at 3 AM Eastern standard time. Xfinity didn’t give me any prior notice that it had scheduled maintenance and just turned off my service. I tried to contact Xfinity assistant and after they registered my address they let me know by AI bot that there was scheduled maintenance in my area and then I could not speak to an agent until after the maintenance is over. I cannot work without the Internet. Nothing is open at 3 AM. They gave me no notice. Not be able to speak with an agent is wildly inappropriate!!!!

@user_l1r5ka I understand how important your services are to you as they are to me as I also to work from home full time and any service issues will cause a headache not only to not be able to assist my customers! We offer convenient self-service options to check service interruptions through My Account, the Xfinity App, or the Xfinity Status Center at http://www.xfinity.com/support/status. Another thing to note, is that we do perform maintenance at times when the least amount of users would be affected, which is the overnight to early morning hours. We understand that does not work for everyone, we work overnight ourselves here, so it affects us as well when it happens in our areas, so we definitely understand.
