Not notified of scheduled maintenance and now I can’t work or speak to an agent?!!!!!

Xfinity schedule maintenance during my work hours. I work beginning at 3 AM Eastern standard time. Xfinity didn’t give me any prior notice that it had scheduled maintenance and just turned off my service. I tried to contact Xfinity assistant and after they registered my address they let me know by AI bot that there was scheduled maintenance in my area and then I could not speak to an agent until after the maintenance is over. I cannot work without the Internet. Nothing is open at 3 AM. They gave me no notice. Not be able to speak with an agent is wildly inappropriate!!!!
