Not honoring my device trade in credit of $1100. With unlimited premium Elite upgrade

Not honoring my device trade in credit of $1100. With unlimited premium Elite upgrade 
I purchased two new iPhone 17 Pro Max during the black Friday special that offered $1100 trade-in credit with the elite upgrade through the unlimited premium plan. They received both devices. My account says the upgrade is complete for both lines. I should be receiving a statement credit of $1100 per line over 24 months. But that’s not the case. I was told when I placed my order as soon as my trade-in devices were accepted and approved. I would see the $1100  credits. It is almost showing a $400 credit for one device and no credit for the other device. Please help!
