Not getting correct speed

Im paying for 2000mb/s and only getting between 600-700 I’ve ran test on multiple devices and used multiple speed test sites and apps and get the same results every time. Tried to use the assistant in the app but didn’t help at all. Would really like to get this resolved and get the speeds I’m paying for thank you.

Hey there @BrainD3ad happy to see what we can find for you. Are you using wifi or ethernet and can you tell me your speed to device results as well?

I’ve tested with both Wi-Fi and Ethernet and still get 600-700mb/s.

Awesome, so we are providing the correct speeds to you, it is likely a cap on your devices then. What are the specs or make/model of the devices you are using?

I tested with iPhone 8 Plus, iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Pro, xbox series s, my computer with prime z390-p motherboard  motherboard version Rev X.0x. The Xbox and computer was connected with Ethernet cable.
