Not eligible for an advertised plan
I received an advertisement in my personalized social media account for $50 a month for five years for one gig of data. I contacted customer service and chatted with an agent. The agent let me know I was not eligible for this deal, but would not tell me why.

Hello @user_vjeebo Thanks for reaching out to us. The specific deal you are mentioning is an introductory offer for new customer's only. If you have an account already that would be my guess of why you did not qualify. Are you currently a customer of ours?
As for the number that is not one I recognize but calling it sounds like our normal IVR robot. What was the voicemail that they left you?
