Not discount for own módem

That discount for having your own modem is a complete lie. I went to the Xfinity store in person, and there I spoke—and even communicated via camera—with another representative. I told them I wanted to use my own modem. They left me the same 40 and didn't give me the discount for using my own modem and rejecting the phone line. Now I pay 40 anyway, without a modem or phone line. The discount is a lie. It doesn't exist. They charge you for the modem even if you don't use it.
