Not connected/internet light not on
So 4 weeks ago my modem mysteriously quit working. There was an xfinity technician outside when it happened. My neighbor watched him do stuff with wires and leave the cover off the box when they left. I got the run around because I have the dreaded prepaid. There’s literally no help I have done all the troubleshooting I can and could. All that Sunday all I got was well just send a technician out it’s only $xxx like I don’t even have.m a job right now so that isn’t an option. Flash forward have new job lined up decided to get new modem so I was assured if I cancel my initial account once it’s reactivated everything would be fine. It’s not and it seems like there’s no solution.
