Not allowed to rate 1 star
Hey, just wondering what the logic was behind intentionally blocking every attempt to rate anything as a 1 star or lower? Over the phone, if you rate the service as 1 star, it states there was an error and repeats the question until you answer 2 stars or hang up. It does the same thing on the website. I know someone high up is trying to save face and all what with Comcast/Xfinity being the lowest ranked in customer satisfaction in its field (sometimes across all fields), but manipulating responses just isn't the way to do it 😂
