Not able to stream

Hi. I wanted to tell you of my experience with Xfinity. I have been a customer since 2012. I recently switched from Xfinity internet to a local fiber network with the hopes of returning to Xfinity tv and stopping my streaming services. I was told by Xfinity on the phone that was possible with no problem.  I returned my internet router to my local store signed up for Xfinity tv and cancelled my internet with 4 different agents telling me that I could stream Xfinity on my other TVs without a cable box.  When I got home the cable and box worked but I could not stream on other TVs.  After hours on the phone with different agents I was told I had to have Xfinity internet to stream. Which every employee I previously spoke to said I did not. No one offered any way to keep my business. I took the cable box back to the store and told them the information they gave me was not correct and again no one offered me anything to stay with Xfinity.  Not a discount rate a free cable box or anything.  I wanted to let you know because my hope was to return to Xfinity tv but when a company isn’t concerned about keeping customers I don’t see a reason to return
