Not able to get the Yahoo email migration page

When I login to connect.xfinity.com I am not able to get the Yahoo migration page.  I did not migrate the first time the pop-up was displayed, instead I clicked through and went directly to my xfinity email.  How do I get the migration page again?

Regards

@DalesNow

Regarding email migration to Yahoo! Mail  It’s currently optional to make the switch. Eventually, we do plan to migrate everyone to the Yahoo servers (probably by late 2026) to keep our email systems streamlined. We’ll keep you posted as that timeline gets closer!

Hey there, @DalesNow. You'll want to check out Yahoo Mail migration overview article which will refer you to information provided by Yahoo about the process which requests you to use the Yahoo Mail login using your Comcast.net email address for the first time. You'll have to accept the Yahoo terms and service to get access and you'll be good to go from there.

Thanks for your response. The problem is I am not getting the migrate to yahoo email anymore, since I clicked through the first time on signing into the webmail. I have mitgrated my wife's comcast email to yahoo email and configured her Outlook properly so I am familiar with the steps.  I just need to get the migrate to yahoo notice when I login to connect.xfinity.com.  How do I get the option to migrate to yahoo again?

You need will need to use the login link provided to log in to Yahoo Mail client using your Comcast.net email address. Being that it will be your first time with that specific Comcast.net address it will prompt you to accept the ToS and have you set a password for their mail client. Are you getting an error when attempting to use your Comcast.net email address to log in to the Yahoo Mail web portal?

That is the problem, when I click on "connect.xfinity.com" I go straight into my xfinity webmail account, I no longer see the migrate to yahoo option.  If I try to go to welcome to yahoo and click on login to yahoo, I receive this message "sorry we don't recognize this email." I think this is because I haven't been able to properly migrate my account and no longer receive the yahoo migration prompt .

We don't really have a way to trigger the switch unless you use the email you received or the banner ad when logging in to webmail. You can try searching xfinity@updates.xfinity.com in your inbox. That is the address that would be sending the migration email.

Unfortunately, I have been using this email and clicking on the link.  I have cleared all browser history, cache and saved forms for both edge and firefox.  Even though I click on the link in the email, I still go directly to my xfinity webmail.  I do not see the yahoo prompts even though the email indicates "

Not ready to upgrade?

This invitation will remain open to you in the coming months. When you're ready, sign into webmail at connect.xfinity.com and follow the prompts."  Not sure how to proceed from here.

... I no longer see the migrate to yahoo option ...

Does logging in to https://xfinityconnect.email.comcast.net/emailMigration work? If your account is ready to be migrated the page should say "You're invited to upgrade ..." and have a "Get started" button. If not, I'd imagine they just haven't got around to your account yet. Or something is badly broken . . .

I clicked the link above and again it signed me into my xfinity webmail account.  The email I received was from xfinity@updates.xfinity.com with title "A better email experience is waiting for you" sent to [Edited: "Personal Information"] on 02/12/2026.

There was a response by one of our communities golden problem solver, were you able to find any success with the link they provided?

The links we've provided are the only ways to get the migration started. There are no other options for us to manually trigger it. What happened to the email you received yesterday?

That is the problem, I do not get the migration link.  I received the email "Enjoy a better email experience with Yahoo Mail" on Feb 12th, I didn't have the time to do the migration at that time so I just clicked through to my webmail.  The email indicated that "This invitation will remain open to you in the coming months. When you're ready, sign into webmail at connect.xfinity.com and follow the prompts." so I believed I could come back later and receive the same prompts.  That has proven to be false.  I have tried all that I can think of to try and get to the migration prompts again, but all I can get is logged into webmail.

Appreciate everyone's response.

DalesNow Gotcha! Thank you for these additional details. We appreciate you trying these on your end. I'll need to take a look on my side, and see what the next best step is going to be. When you get a moment, can you please send a Direct Message with your name, service address, and email address we will be working with today?

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
