Not able to cancel service

I've moved abroad and wants to cancel my internet service. I think the only option for remote cancellation is by calling, but when I call, the auto response stuck at the following loop: asking for my account number -> replying with "looking for account, wait for 30 s" -> asking for account number again. I'm not able to contact a real person, and as a result, there's no way I can cancel my service or account.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon 
Click the "Start New Conversation" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.
