Not a customer - Unburied line in back yard
I am not a customer, but a tech came out a couple weeks ago to run a line from the terminal box that is in my back yard to another customer. The line is still unburied in my back yard.

Good Morning, @StrifeV! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums! I do completely understand the concerns with the line being buried at your location for another customer. Typically, the lines are expected to be buried within 14-30 days depending on weather, permits and anything that might cause delays. There is usually a winter hold in colder areas until April, and then the lines begin to be buried as the ground thaws, so if you are in a colder area, it may be a bit longer. Does that help clear things up a bit?
