Northeast Colorado Springs outages

Is there any schedule for completion of the "improvements" that are being done with fiber cable being installed? I have experienced outages at least once or twice a day for weeks and it is affecting my work. I was kicked off of the Internet and dropped important conference calls I was facilitating last week and had to quickly dial in on my phone but couldn't share my laptop to run the meeting. It is beginning to become a huge problem and I refuse to call the robot service to get someone overseas who I have to explain multiple times with little to no help.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_jdog9n Very sorry to hear you are having this issue with the service. Have you taken a look in the Xfinity app for the estimated resolution? Typically, that is going to be the best spot for updates. We are essentially able to access the same status you can see in the app, and it does provide access to request text updates on the status.

I have looked and tried to message about it and have not been connected to anyone that answered the question. I received a $10 credit awhile ago but that is barely anything and now no NBC for the expensive service.

I've had intermittent service issues with
Xfinity and cant play any online games without disconnecting. I visited the store today and got one of their routers since it was on my plan to see of my modem/router combo was failing, and I still experience the same mid-game disconnects on multiple games. Apparently there is scheduled maintenance on the 13th, but the rep couldn't tell me what it was for. Is anyone else having an issue with random disconnects in the Cimmarron hills area?

@Direktor yes, I have had lots of issues in Cimmarron Hills which is why I posted to ask about it but when I sent DM, I wasn't satisfied.
