North Augusta protracted outage

Agreed, we have the same problem in North Augusta SC.  Where are the repair teams Comcast’s press release claims to be working the problem. I have about eight ATT bucket trucks on my street but I have not seen a single Xfinity vehicle since before the storm. Restoration dates were provided on the outage maps for Hammond Hills area of north Augusta and as of the last blown goal date now say as soon as possible. Internet lines are the new telephone lines.  We rely on these lines for Business, medical needs, and staying connected.  Please up your game and communicate more precisely and honestly. I also urge the city of North Augusta and state of South Carolina to review your Franchise license.

Nothing but at&t trucks in Hammond Hills. Given several dates of expected restoration, even precise times i.e. 3:05. Hopes high just to be continously let down. Now, no times or dates, just as soon as possible. 20 days and counting.😡
