Non-private link to National Verifier service

Yo, mavens at Xfinity.  When applying for eligibility for ACP, it sends you to the National Verifier Service at  www.checklifeline.org.  I tried getting a hold of a real person via phone, chat or email, but it appears that is impossible.  your bots are useless for this sort of thing.

Chrome delivers the following warning/error "

Your connection is not private

Attackers might be trying to steal your information from www.checklifeline.org (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards). Learn more

NET::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID"
The cert has been invalid for 104 days.  You need to find the updated link and refresh your bots or even better, make it so that someone can talk to a real person.

Hello @user_ntlcvx

The website for the National Verifier is set up and run by the United States government. The Affordable connectivity program is a federally subsided program, Xfinity is only the servicer. A .gov website belongs to an official government organization in the United States. Secure .gov websites use HTTPS A lock or https:// means you've safely connected to the .gov website. If you just scroll to the bottom that webpage on that error, you will see an option "proceed to national verifier webpage". The website is real, and only trying to confirm you qualify for ACP. You can speak with someone by calling 855-846-8376. The direct web address would be https://www.getinternet.gov/apply?id=nv_home&ln=RW5nbGlzaA%3D%3D
