Non-customer: broken green utility cover in front lawn — safety hazard

I am not an Xfinity customer, so I cannot use the normal online report form, and the 1-800-XFINITY automated system would not route me to an agent.

There is a broken green underground communications-style utility cover in my front lawn marked “Charles.” The previous lid did not sit flush and was struck by a lawn mower. The cover is now broken/open with visible conduit/cable and presents a trip and mower hazard.

Can an official Xfinity employee please help determine whether this is Comcast/Xfinity infrastructure and create an outside plant/field maintenance ticket to inspect it, replace or level the cover, or confirm it is not Xfinity property?

Please let me know the proper way to provide my full address and photos privately.

In a direct message can you please send your name, the address in question, your best phone and email contact please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
