Non existent help
The fact Xfinity claims to have the good customer support is a baffling notion Im currently dealing with a suspended account due to asking an agent for more time and then still have my services disconnected after I explained the situation and they assure me that o had until the 24th to pay it they proceeded to disconnect my service and add another past due balance on top of the first after I managed to get the first one taken care when I tried to call back the number either hung up the automatics system claimed it didn’t know what I wanted and jump as well after clearly asking to talk to agent and when I finally did get a hold of someone they would either blatantly lie or continue to try and push sales on me and or disregard my question or the fact that they claim to have records of my conversation and situation to other agents the customer service is pretty much non existent and a complete waste and a chore to go through don’t expect help or any solutions with them because they won’t help you whatsoever
