Non existent customer service!!!

I am honestly very frustrated and stressed about having to contact Xfinity again. My experience with this company over the past year has been terrible. The customer service feels practically non-existent — there are complicated logins, endless steps just to reach someone, and you often have to schedule a callback instead of being able to simply call.It can take several days to get in touch with a representative.

The chat support repeats the same responses over and over, which is extremely unhelpful and very frustrating. It feels like a system designed to avoid real human support.

For such a large company, it is shocking that there is no straightforward customer service line where paying customers can simply call and resolve issues directly. This experience has been extremely disappointing. I’ve decided to cancel Xfinity right now due to ongoing issues with customer service.
