Noisy xfinity DVR box

We picked up a new xfinity DVR box yesterday after updating our account and after having it on for a while we noticed how noisy it was, constant, doesn't stop or wind down. I really don’t know if we can live with this, do you have a box that isn’t noisy?

user_976f55. I know having a defective box or a noisy box can be troublesome, and I'd love to look into what options we have available for you. While we are unable to request specific models for shipping, we do offer the option to visit a store location to see if they have different models available for you or swap out your current box if it's defective.
