NO

I tried the live chat. Spent 20 minutes explaining to the agent over and over about what I needed. The person answered 0 questions and told me stuff I already knew about my account. UNHELPFUL ok? I'm over this service and taking my business elsewhere. There should never be a question on how to get a hold of a service rep. We spend so much money and you cant provide real time assistance? Over this , over you.

2 yrs ago i signed up with xfinity. you had a great deal - 25 for internet and 50 for cell. It was a 2 yr contract agreement. Those 2 years are up. I want to be proactive and listen to what options I have to continue y service and meet my communication needs as well not break the bank. There are sooo many providers with specials that I will be happy to consult, but I would like to stay with U... but what options do I have?

Another assistant told me I'd have to pay 100 bucks for my cell service. If that's true- then you'll be taking 1200 dollars from someone who does not have it. Ok I'm done for now.
