No Xfinity TV or Internet due to downed PGE powerline

I trying to get status of when Comcast will be sending a crew to repair/replace the damaged equipment at the telephone pole and to repair the drop at my house which was burned by the contact from the downed PGE powerline.  Who do I contact at Comcast?

catch36 Hello, and thank you so much for reaching out through our Xfinity Community Forum today. I’m really sorry to hear about the downed powerline in your area—losing power can be such a challenge, especially when it happens at late at night. As someone who works from home and very early in the morning, I completely understand how important it is to get things back up and running, and I hope this all gets restored soon for you.

I’d be happy to take a closer look at your account to check for any updates on the situation. When you’re ready, please send me a direct message with your full name and address.

In the meantime, you can also stay informed by visiting our Xfinity Status Center, where you’ll find real-time updates, maps of the service interruption areas, and estimated restoration times.
