NO WIFI....CONSISTENTLY DROPS ..

WE have lost our wifi for 10 days now.   we are in Iowa for the summer, our home is in Florida.  We have cameras, doorbell, and thermostat all connected to wifi & have been doing fine until this last week.  I have tried the xfinity "help", which simply tells me everything should be working...new signal, no outages, etc.  IT'S NOT !!!!   is there a live person who can possibly assist me???

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

No. I have not recd any help to reconnect or wifi.  Is thereno way to actually talk to xfinity?  I am not in florida right now to drive over there...ir should that be my only recourse.
