NO WIFI....CONSISTENTLY DROPS ..
WE have lost our wifi for 10 days now. we are in Iowa for the summer, our home is in Florida. We have cameras, doorbell, and thermostat all connected to wifi & have been doing fine until this last week. I have tried the xfinity "help", which simply tells me everything should be working...new signal, no outages, etc. IT'S NOT !!!! is there a live person who can possibly assist me???
