we have no WIFI. Can someone please help?

When you open the Xfinity app and troubleshoot your Wi-Fi conenction: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/internet-connectivity-troubleshooting, what information does it give you?

Open the Xfinity app and sign in using the Primary Manager or Member’s Xfinity ID and password.
Select WiFi and click Troubleshoot.
- If you can't run the test, update to the latest version.
Schedule a technician if our system finds a problem it can't fix online.
