Hello user_5ul2ww! I'm sorry to read that your Wi-Fi is not working. I know how vital the internet connection is for our customers and an interruption can be frustrating. I would love to try to get you back online and save you the trouble of a repair visit if possible. Are all of your internet devices unable to connect to the network? Are you able to reset the modem? Do you have any devices that are hardwired to the modem that are still functioning?
