There is no coax cable wall outlet at my house and I can’t use WiFi.How can you help me .in the box there were no Ethernet cables.

Hello Nadin2025 , Thank you for reaching us on Xfinity Forums. A free ethernet cable can be provided at our store or with our tech if you are looking to hardwire a specific device to the modem. In this case without a coax outlet we will need a tech to come out and get you set up. If you could send a direct message with your full name and the address we can get that booked.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
