No Wi-Fi signal in my basement
Hi, I’m trying to figure out the best way to get a Wi-Fi signal in my basement. I’ve tried a range extender and the signal is still too weak. Is it possible for me to connect an additional modem down there? I already have Xfinity TV down there.

I understand you would like some help getting your Wi-Fi connection to extend further, and it would be my pleasure to help. To answer your question, each account is only allowed one modem. However, we can look into other equipment to help push the signal through your home.
