No wifi for 4 days and 5 calls so far

A tree fell in our back yard monday around 5 pm it completely knocked all of our power and internet. We got the power back tuesday morning which is when we realized the antenna was fallen and the lines are hanging on the ground so my mother called tuesday they were supposed to come wednesday 8-12 its 12 yesterday and no one shows so i call myself and tell them exactly whats going on and they tell me someones coming from 1-5 and still nothing now today they were supposed to come again from 1-5 still nothing so i just called right now and theyre saying the ticket was put in incorrectly how is it possible ive called 4 times in the past 2 days told them my exact problems and its still incorrect something has to be done here this is just out of control whats the point of them being customer service if they dont service things correctly.

@user_wzi8ic Thanks for adding a post to the community. Getting service back is vital. Is there anything hanging on the line, such as parts of the tree or antennas? The line has to be free of any safety issues to be worked on.

The concern is not "accessibility / disability" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section.
