No wifi for 10 days and no one helps

An Xfinity technician came to my house June 29th and blocked my modem to wireless connection to supposedly make my mesh system better. On the 30th all wireless connection stopped working and I now have no wifi. I have contacted XFinity multiple times and they keep saying there is nothing they can do remotely and a technician needs to come. I had an appointment for July 3rd, I left my work to be here for it and nobody came. They now tell me the next available appointment is July 10th, meaning I would be without wifi for a whole other week. A total of 2 weeks without it. I keep trying to talk to someone but I am 90% sure every representative I talked to has been a bot. I cannot be without wifi for a whole other week.
