No Wicked rewards ticket in my account

I completely understand the frustrations with the Wicked Tickets no longer showing available as a redeemable reward. At this time, the offer was available for a limited time, so we wouldn't be able to restore the offer if it wasn't redeemed before it expired, and expired as of 12/6/24.
