No way to be treated

I was given my cell number by Xfinity over 20+ years ago , recently I wanted to switch providers, phone unlocked , got transfer pin , bill paid . I tried (6) different providers and they all got the same message from Xfinity- an unknown error .i went to a Xfinity store sat there from 10-4 while I called other providers, same results , I asked the manager can’t you do something- his reply was NO , after many attempts to call cooperate left the same results I was forced to get a new number , now my business has suffered as I have , now no one can find me imagine a company the size of Xfinity and no one knows what the unknown error is ,I just recently had heart surgery and this nonsense

@XfinityMartyR I was attempting to port out my Xfinity number to another carrier only to find out the number was a Verizon number as are the towers that Xfinity uses, hundreds of calls , 20+ years of being with them & they wouldn’t accommodate to change the due date so now my business & life is upside down since no one can find me
